How to Get Help If You’re Autistic: A Guide for Autistic People, is a free, online course that will help you navigate the autism spectrum, understand your emotions and find support for yourself and your family.
The course is aimed at adults with autism, but is also aimed at young people, who may struggle with their own mental health.
Its purpose is to help you understand what’s happening in your life, and how you can make sense of it, with help from experienced autism professionals.
This is not a mental health course for everyone, and we don’t recommend that anyone start out with it without having some support.
But, if you struggle to understand what is going on in your own life and your thoughts, you might be able to find support from experienced counsellors and/or therapists who are able to help understand your issues, as well as providing practical advice.
And, if that doesn’t work for you, the course will help teach you to think like a normal person, so that you can understand the challenges of your own situation, as they relate to the autism you may have.
You can access the course via the University of Kent website , where you can register for the course, or by clicking here.
You may also want to check out our guide on how to navigate the spectrum of autism to find out what help is available, and whether it’s worth the money to get the help you need.
The free online course is also designed to provide a safe space for autistic people to discuss issues with each other.
In order to do this, you’ll be able access the community forums and other supportive services on the University’s website.
The Course is a one-hour course, but it will last for three days, with a full day dedicated to discussion.
You will also be able meet other autistic people from around the world, including people with autism who have taken the course before.
It is a good idea to have your parents or carers sign in for the online course, so you can get your personal details, and they will be able check in for you during your session.
And it’s also important to know that you need permission to access the forum, so make sure you’re not being stalked by people who may be using it for their own benefit.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the course or need help, you can also contact the University on 0800 552 586, or you can download a copy of the course guide.
